We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist, Parts Logistics to join our growing team. You will play a key role in identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate solutions, and ensuring the timely and efficient ordering of parts. This position requires strong sales acumen and a customer-first mindset. Must enjoy a fast-paced environment and be passionate about building client relationships while optimizing performance.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for generating parts proposals, purchase orders, and sales order confirmations Develop and maintain exceptional customer relationships in order to fulfill their needs more effectivelyConduct a minimum of 4-6 annual customer and/or project site visitsServe as parts point of contact for customers; execute requests; address and resolve any issuesReceive and process customer orders and process accordinglyRecommend and facilitate the sale of necessary partsInteract with business partners and vendors to obtain accurate pricing and informationProvide timely feedback to management regarding performance.Provide timely, accurate and competitive pricing on all prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit marginMaintain accurate purchasing, sales, and sales quote activity reportsCustomer on-call duties as requiredAdhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codesMay be assigned to special projects or required to perform other duties, as assignedAnnual compensation: $58,000.00 - $63,000.00 annually
