The ideal candidate can effectively manage multiple priorities, communicate proactively with customers and internal stakeholders, and maintain a strong sense of urgency while delivering exceptional service.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent communicationGenerate parts proposals, purchase orders, and sales order confirmations with a high degree of accuracy under tight deadlinesReceive and process customer orders efficiently, ensuring no lapses in follow-up or correspondenceExecute urgent customer requests and resolve issues quickly in time-critical situationsMaintain strong customer relationships while managing high volumes of requestsProvide rapid and precise pricing and quotationsCollaborate with vendors and internal teams to obtain accurate data quicklyMaintain accurate reporting and ensure data integrityParticipate in on-call rotations requiring after-hours responsivenessConduct customer/site visits while managing workloadProactively escalate issues and communicate risksAnnual compensation: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 Annually
