What You’ll Do:Cycle Counts & Stocktakes: Plan and execute regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels. This involves organizing and conducting physical counts of inventory, reconciling discrepancies, and updating records to reflect actual stock.Inventory Management: Description: Perform inventory reconciliations and variance reviews to identify and resolve discrepancies. Ensure stock traceability by maintaining detailed records of inventory movements and conducting investigations into stock issues and claims from customers and third-party logistics providers.Supplier & Customer Relations: Description: Manage service levels and agreements with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries (SIFOT). Address non-conformances and claims from customers and warehousing, ensuring high standards of service and resolving issues promptly.Logistics Coordination: Liaise with transportation companies to arrange the collection and delivery of goods to customer and 3PL sites. This includes booking trucks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring efficient and cost-effective transportation solutions.Strategic Planning: Participate in the APAC Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align inventory and logistics strategies with business needs. Manage 3PL strategies to optimize warehousing, distribution, and transport operations, ensuring they meet the company's goals and objectives.
