The role involves collaborating with Agile teams, solving technical challenges, supporting process improvements, and ensuring timely delivery of Program Increment objectives within a SAFe Agile framework. The ideal candidate should have strong Windchill PLM development experience along with Core Java expertise. Role Descriptions : Design, develop, and implement custom solutions and enhancements for JJ’s Windchill PLM based on user requirements and technical designsHelp squad members in solving technical challenges and provide guidance on implementation of effective solutionsParticipate in Agile ceremonies including:Sprint planningDaily stand-upsRetrospectivesAdhere to the SAFe Agile framework to ensure timely delivery of Program Increment (PI) objectivesStay updated with Windchill PLM enhancements and best practicesProvide recommendations for process improvementsAssist in training team members on new features and functionalities within the Windchill PLM systemCollaborate with the team during:Story refinementTechnical design discussionsEffort estimationEnsure well-defined tasks and timelines. Thanks & Regards,Girish Kumar
