At the heart of GYG’s creative engine is our in-house Creative Studio. It’s here that food, brand and content collide, and where bold, social-first stories are brought to life at speed.The RoleWe’re looking for a Videography & Content Lead to join our in-house creative team and own the development and delivery of compelling, social-first content that captures the energy, flavour, and movement of the GYG brand.You’ll lead a talented team of videographers, photographers, and editors (4 total), bringing structure and creative direction to a fast-paced production environment. You’ll collaborate closely with the Creative, Marketing, and Social teams to turn strategy into scroll-stopping, story-led content across Australia.You’ll need to thrive in ambiguity, be energised by creative problem-solving, and be hands-on when it matters. Whether it’s turning a last-minute idea into a viral TikTok, or directing a multi-day shoot for a hero campaign, you’ll be the calm, creative force keeping the work sharp and the wheels moving.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate: Work with the Design lead and Creative & Strategy Lead to bring campaigns and content to life in a way only GYG can.Lead and Inspire: Manage and mentor a team of 4 content creators (videographers, photographers, editors), setting a high creative bar and supporting their growth.Social-First Storytelling: Develop and execute content strategies that prioritise platform-native storytelling, especially across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and paid social.Creative Direction: Direct shoots and edit hands-on where needed. Ensure every frame ladders up to our brand and campaign tone, bold, real, and delicious.Own the Content Calendar: Work alongside the Creative & Strategy lead to plan and manage production across campaigns, product launches and BAU, ensuring seamless rollout and on-time delivery across markets.Run the Studio: Oversee operations in our GYG Creative Studio, above our Sydney Test Kitchen, working directly with food, chefs and GYG Crew to bring ideas to life fast.Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with Digital marketing, Social, Marketing and Ops to turn briefs and opportunities into content that makes an impact.Navigate Ambiguity: Be flexible and solution-oriented when things shift because in a fast-growing, global brand, they will.US Market Content: Lead content production for the US as required, including potential travel for key shoots and projects.What You’ll Bring6+ years of experience in videography, editing, and content production, with 2+ years leading creative teams.A strong reel/portfolio showcasing platform-first storytelling, campaign content, and dynamic food or lifestyle content.Deep understanding of social video formats and trends, especially short-form storytelling that cuts through.Advanced editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects, Lightroom and Photoshop a plus).A strong eye for food, talent, and composition, and the ability to capture real, raw, authentic moments.Experience managing fast-paced content pipelines with tight turnarounds.A calm and proactive mindset, with the ability to lead through ambiguity and last-minute change.Experience producing content across multiple markets, particularly AU and US.And the perks! Love Ya Leave - 5 weeks annual leaveShort Term Bonus Incentive Program - annualLong Term Incentive ProgramAnnual GYG Gift CardFlexible work from home -1 day per weekExclusive GYG merch & uniformMobile phone allowanceAnnual summits & eventsEmployee referral programFrequent travel opportunities100% in-house marketing team - creative, design, video, photography, PR, content, digital, events, sponsorship, customer serviceGreat learning & development opportunitiesTraining on state-of-the-art Mar/Tech platformsGYG Photography & Recording Studio - best-in-class equipmentReady to join the team?
