The Senior IT Project Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end IT setup of a new non-GMP laboratory and office location in Suzhou, China. The role coordinates the design, implementation, and readiness of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and laboratory systems, ensuring the new site can operate effectively and in accordance with corporate IT standards. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end IT project for the setup and operational readiness of the new laboratory and office location in China.Coordinate the implementation of IT infrastructure, networks, workplace technology, and cybersecurity for the new site.Manage the deployment and integration of corporate and laboratory applications, including SAP, DMS, GLIMS, Empower, and other relevant systems.Align IT requirements across the three laboratory business platforms and ensure solutions meet local operational and corporate standards.Develop and manage the overall project plan, milestones, budget, resources, dependencies, risks, and issues.Coordinate global and local IT teams, business stakeholders, laboratory teams, vendors, and implementation partners.Manage system and infrastructure readiness, testing, cutover, go-live, and transition into operations.Provide transparent project reporting and ensure timely escalation and resolution of critical risks and decisions.
