Purpose of your roleWorking as an integral part of the Australian and New Zealand Referral Partnership Sales team, the main purpose of this role is to generate, onboard and acquire quality new relationships, delivering new consumer clients to a well-established digital and human lead dealing team.The primary responsibility for this role is to grow our client base via establishing and maturing new partnerships with a referral-based model:Proactively lead the expansion of OFX’s client acquisition within the affiliate (referral partner) networks. Lead the OFX brand across networking events/sponsored events and directly engage prospective partners (LinkedIn, your network, and direct referrals)Scale OFX’s existing consumer referal partnership leads with a hands-on approach to continuously mature and expand the programEstablish new to OFX direct HNW consumer clients The role is well remunerated with a good base salary + commission modelWhat you doThe role consists of developing new referral partners and clients across several segments, including but not limited to:International property agencies Professional Services (accountants, financial advisors etc.)Global mobility (expats)Employee benefits programs, commonly with companies operating out of the USAOnline affiliates (comparison sites, and high-value sellers (watches, boats, cars).You will focus on value/trust-based sales to educate prospective partners and clients to collaborate with internal sales and dealing staff to ensure that we provide the right FX offering to all clients. This is commonly covered by:Intelligently researching, identifying, and tracking new leads and opportunitiesPresent and explain OFX’s value proposition, products, and services to partner with potential customersCollaborate with OFX’s broader Operations team to stay updated with new and existing compliance regulations, legal adjustments, product advancements and distribution channelsActively contribute and consult on longer-term strategic sales directionAttend industry functions, such as association events and conferences; provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.Meet and exceed KPI targets daily, weekly, monthly & annualTrack and record activity on accounts and support closing deals to meet targets.
