We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Finance Manager to join our Finance team and support the financial operations of the Salter Brothers Accor Portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Hotel Accountant or current Assistant Finance Manager to broaden their experience across a multi-property portfolio. Working closely with hotel leadership, you will support financial performance, accurate reporting, effective controls and timely financial outcomes across the portfolio.Your key responsibilities will include:Managing month-end close, reconciliations and financial analysisCompleting monthly bank reconciliations and investigating discrepanciesReviewing daily cash balances and maintaining cash flow projectionsAssisting with annual budgets, forecasting and financial planningAssisting with taxation matters and providing relevant financial informationManaging inventory and stocktake processes, including reporting and analysisMaintaining and monitoring internal control proceduresMaintaining the contracts and services registerProviding financial guidance, training and support to team membersWorking closely with hotel leadership and operational teams to support sound financial decision-makingEnsuring financial processes and reporting are completed accurately and within required deadlines
