We are looking for an Associate Database Administrator to join our Data Team to support the performance, integrity, and security of the organization's databases. What is this role about?In this newly created role it involves implementing, maintaining, and optimizing databases to ensure their availability, efficiency, and scalability. Also collaborates with development and infrastructure teams to support the database environment, monitor system performance, ensure data recovery and backup processes, and handle database migrations and upgrades.
Here's more of what you’ll work on:Define and enforce architectural standards for SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and other RDBMS to ensure consistency and best practices.Maintain and enhance the operational stability of all database systems.Implement performance monitoring and tuning strategies for SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and other DBMS.Work closely with stakeholders to understand and address customer needs, ensuring that database services align with business objectives.Manage collaboration and communication within the database team and across other teams to ensure seamless integration of database services
