Director, Solution Consulting- Financial Services

The Director of Solution Consulting for Financial Services will lead a high-performing team of Solutions Consultants who drive strategic transformation with the ServiceNow AI platform across banking, insurance, wealth, payments and superannuation customers. You will partner closely with Sales leadership to accelerate ACV growth, improve technical-win performance, and shape the next evolution of presales productivity and value delivery. In this role, you will lead the transformation of presales to an AI-native operating model—embedding AI across qualification, value engineering, demonstration, solution design, and collaboration workflows to materially increase efficiency, accuracy, and business outcomes for our customers and teams. You will develop world-class talent, elevate the work your team delivers, and create a culture of innovation, accountability and excellence. This role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne. What you do in this role:Lead, develop and inspire a team of 8–10 high-performing Solution Consultants across Australia, with the opportunity to grow into second-line leadership  Accelerate pipeline maturity, increase NNACV, improve PoC and Tech-Win conversion rates, and reduce cycle time from discovery to committed opportunity Embed AI-first workflows into presales operations to drive year-over-year efficiency gains and measurable productivity uplift Partner with the FSI Sales Director as a trusted advisor to shape and execute GTM strategy and achieve or exceed FSI quota performance each quarter Build trusted executive relationships (C-Level and C-1) and represent ServiceNow as a strategic transformation partner Understand FSI industry and regulatory requirements and translate them into differentiated sales plays and customer value propositions Build and develop an internal and external recruiting pipeline, supporting capability growth and long-term succession planning Strengthen strategic relationships across the ServiceNow ecosystem (GSIs, resellers, industry partners and advisory firms) Collaborate with peer SC leaders to continuously improve the operating model for presales and formalise repeatable processes and innovation Champion a positive, inclusive and high-achievement culture where feedback, curiosity and accountability drive performance Manage day-to-day operational responsibilities (resource planning, forecasting, reporting, expenses, enablement priorities) Build and nurture a Financial Services community across APAC
