The FP&A Manager – Finance Systems & Transformation will play a key role in shaping the future of Lendi Group’s finance function. You’ll sit within our FP&A and Business Partnering team, leading initiatives that enhance our systems, streamline processes, and elevate the speed and quality of insights we provide to the business.This is a hands-on transformation role — perfect for a commercially minded finance leader who loves to optimise, automate, and connect technology with business outcomes. You’ll bridge finance, data, and technology to enable a best-in-class FP&A capability that scales with the business.What you’ll do:Lead transformation from the front: Own and deliver end-to-end FP&A transformation projects that optimise tools, processes, and reporting frameworks.Automate and innovate: Build smarter forecasting, budgeting, and reporting solutions that reduce manual work and improve accuracy.Be the bridge: Partner with Finance, Technology, and Operations to connect systems, data, and strategy into one seamless ecosystem.Shape the roadmap: Define and drive the FP&A systems roadmap in line with Lendi Group’s broader finance transformation goals.Champion continuous improvement: Simplify workflows, enable real-time insights, and help the business make better, faster decisions.Empower the team: Drive adoption, training, and best-practice use of new financial tools and data capabilities.
