A member of the Global Security Team. Direct report to the Global Chief Information Security Officer.This role is responsible for the creation and management of global services for Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory, cloud, related services such as DNS and DHCP, Software Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) and ServiceNow.This this is a 12 month contract role and can be based in either our Melbourne CBD or Mascot NSW office.The roleThis role leads Lead the collaboration between regional and global teams to build a vision, strategies, gather requirements, use data and act on feedback to drive service improvements and adoption globally..Key ResponsibilitiesLead collaboration between regional and global teams to define a shared vision, gather requirements, and drive service improvements through data and feedbackDevelop and align target state architectures and design patterns in coordination with global and regional stakeholdersCreate and maintain a prioritised roadmap for continuous improvement and innovationDrive transformation by replacing manual processes with automation, DevOps, infrastructure as code, and standardised servicesSupport execution of the Technology Vision and Strategy to improve ROI, user experience, agility, and cost-efficiencyBuild cost models and business cases to support adoption of Entra ID, cloud services, ServiceNow, and SD-WAN globallyDesign an operating model that balances global consistency with regional flexibilityPartner with commercial and procurement teams to negotiate and implement scalable global contractsDefine KPIs and use data-driven insights to monitor service health and adoptionPrepare executive and detailed reports to support strategic decision-making
