As a member of the Pinnacle Leadership team and the Endeavour Finance Leadership Team, you will help influence and drive the overall strategy for the business, provide valuable commercial input and be a critical Business Partner.You will oversee the finance function for the entire Pinnacle business, which manages Endeavour Drinks’ portfolio of owned liquor brands, associated supply arrangements (including wine production and bottling assets), third-party sourcing, and exports across the BWS, Dan Murphy's, ALH, and direct-to-customer networks. The successful candidate will add value through forward-looking analysis and insights, and ultimately support delivery of Pinnacle’s strategic agenda.Sound good? Read on.Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:Act as a strategic co-pilot to the Managing Director and leadership team to optimize ROI across brand development, production, and distribution.Lead long-term strategy, annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and performance tracking.Evaluate business cases, pricing strategies, capital expenditure, and cost-to-serve models.Oversee robust financial controls, compliance, and accurate internal/external reporting across manufacturing and supply chain operations.Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team while fostering a collaborative, high-integrity culture.
