As the Housekeeping Manager, you will lead the daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and heart of house spaces are maintained to exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards, delivering an outstanding guest experience in line with brand expectations.What will you be doing:Lead, motivate and manage the daily operations of rostering, stock control, and productivity of the Housekeeping team.Carry out regular inspections of all areas of the property in conjunction with the Maintenance Manager to ensure that all facilities are being cleaned and maintained according to brand standards.Order and control all Housekeeping inventory, including chemicals, linen and supplies.Liaises and manage outside contractors relationships with regard to manning, laundry and cleaning material services.Manage all lost property processes, delivering prompt resolutions and exceptional guest service to create positive and memorable guest experiences.
