About the RoleAs our full-time Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead the day-to-day operation of the maintenance team, providing support, technical guidance and ensuring our iconic 60+ year old property is maintained to the highest standard. You will also:Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance across hotel facilities and systems.Respond quickly to maintenance requests to minimise downtime and guest disruption.Supervise and support the maintenance team in daily operations.Assist with safety and compliance checks including fire systems, emergency lighting and plant inspections.Coordinate contractors and ensure work is completed safely and to brand standards.Support sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives across the hotel.Work closely with Housekeeping, Front Office and other departments to maintain smooth hotel operations.Assist with maintenance reporting, rostering and ongoing improvement projects.This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance leader who enjoys problem-solving, takes pride in their work and thrives in a fast-paced hotel environment.
