Operations Coordinator - Buildings & Places (9 months contract)

Provide support to our Buildings & Places Leads and Sector Directors by managing general enquiries and assisting with client service needs.Oversee Salesforce activities, including data entry, updates, reporting, and establishing new project/proposal folders, as well as supporting project finance tasks.Coordinate meetings and events, including room bookings, travel arrangements, and logistical support.Manage catering for internal and external meetings and large events, ensuring dietary requirements are met and all activities run smoothly.Process and track team timesheets, issue reminders, ensure completion and manage weekly OTA and assistance approvals.
