Due to recent team movement, we are looking for passionate Registered Nurses to join Montu and support patients through their medical journey through our Alternaleaf Clinic. In this fully remote role, you’ll conduct structured, pre-assessment consultations, gathering key clinical insights and guiding patients through treatment expectations. Your work ensures each patient receives safe, informed, and timely care.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct high-volume telehealth pre-assessment consults dailyEducate patients on product types, safe usage, side effects, storage, and driving restrictionsProvide empathetic, non-judgmental care while maintaining clear emotional boundariesAccurately document consult outcomes to support safe and effective prescribingRespond to patient enquiries, provide follow-up support, and escalate issues as neededLiaise with prescribers and the wider Patient Care Team to ensure continuity of careDeliver care from your desk in a highly structured, fast-paced environment with scheduled breaksSupport the team with general admin tasks and contribute to a collaborative, remote-first culture
