This is a key position within the Group Life team and will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the strategy of the wider Group Life business.Being responsible for the commercial performance of the Group Life businesses, the role will work with respective Head’s of to help design and measure produce outcomes and insights, and will be working closely with the product and pricing teams, as well as the client partnerships.Responsibilities will include:Measurement of Portfolio performance and development of profitability metricsDeliver claims projection models as well as insights into trends and drivers of the claims experience through the use of a range of tools including R, RShiny, Tableau, PowerBI, Excel, WebSupporting the Claims Team to develop TAL’s claims management approaches and processesDeveloping various models and tools to support key business strategy in the fast-moving Group Life field
