In this newly created role, as our Pre-Sales Engineer, you will be the technical face of Bilue with clients and partners. You will act as a trusted advisor, and thought leader, the go to technical evangelist, and the person who turns customer goals into elegant technical and saleable solutions.
ResponsibilitiesOwn the technical pre sales flow
Work with our sales team on engagements from customer discovery through to technical delivery. Pre sales and solutioning
Engage with customers to understand business and technical needs, then translate them into practical solutions and a clear delivery approach.RFP and RFI leadership
Coordinate technical responses, align to win themes and business objectives, and ensure clarity on scope, risks and assumptions.Proposal delivery
Develop and write in presentation format the technical narrative that fits in with the overall customer response including human centred design processes, delivery, security etc to deliver high quality client outcomes. Costing and estimation
Prepare transparent estimates, optimise for team performance, scalability and cost efficiency, and set margin guardrails with Finance.Deal strategy and qualification
Support effort on deals using a simple framework, and define competitive technical position, showing thought leadership and partner alignment.Customer engagement and orals
Deliver compelling presentations, lead workshops and technical due diligence, and coach teams for orals with a crisp value story.Security and non functionals
Embed security by design, privacy, reliability, performance and cost objectives, referencing standards such as ISO 27001 and Essential 8Reusable assets and IP
Define reference architectures, estimation models, proposal and orals decks, demos and lightweight accelerators that shorten cycles.Delivery handover and governance
Set delivery guardrails, roles and ceremonies before handover, and act as design authority through early delivery to support scope clarity.
