We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer to join our Clinical Governance team and help raise the bar in how virtual healthcare is delivered at Montu. This is a key role in ensuring our practitioners operate safely, ethically, and in full compliance with relevant standards — including NSQHS, federal/state prescribing laws, and telehealth privacy frameworks.You’ll work closely with clinical data, AI-assisted tools, and cross-functional teams to run regular audits, surface insights, and support improvements to our quality systems. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in healthcare quality or compliance to shape the future of virtual care in Australia.What you’ll be doingRun monthly and quarterly audits of clinical activities — including prescribing, documentation, credentialing, and patient consent.Monitor practitioner conduct and flag potential issues using AI filters and Patient Management System (PMS) alerts.Maintain accurate records of audits, follow-ups, and resolutions.Identify recurring issues and escalate risks to senior leaders and the Clinical Governance team.Support investigation and improvement projects related to adverse events, privacy breaches, or patient complaints.Collaborate with Clinical Ops and Product teams to embed QA insights into workflows and tools.Contribute to the development of QA systems — including checklists, dashboards, and benchmarks.Assist with internal and external reporting, including compliance dashboards and management summaries.Stay on top of privacy, prescribing, and telehealth regulations to keep Montu ahead of the curve.
