We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Building Manager to join our team in the Sydney CBD / Potts Point area. This is a long-term and stable career opportunity, supported by our Operations team and Head Office.To be successful in this role, you will bring:Minimum 3 years’ experience in Strata Building Management or a related property/facilities management roleStrong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage contractors, residents, and committeesEmotional maturity, professionalism, and the ability to effectively manage different personalitiesExcellent organisational and administrative skillsA proactive and service-focused mindset, with resilience and attention to detailKey Responsibilities include:Managing contractors, consultants, and service providersLiaising extensively with Owners, Residents, Strata Managers and Committee MembersImplementing preventative maintenance programsCoordinating and responding to reactive repairsScheduling statutory certifications and inspections of common propertyPreparing detailed reports and maintaining accurate site records Overseeing WHS and environmental requirements, including contractor inductions and compliance
