Key experience we're looking for:Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in agile web or digital delivery environmentsMember portal or customer-facing digital platform experienceStrong capability in writing user stories and supporting UX/UI design and developmentExperience with web and digital analyticsAPI analysis and testing experience, including PostmanIntegration experience, including identity and access management solutions such as OktaExperience documenting workflows, business processes, and requirementsStrong understanding of front-end digital experiences, including screen flows, field validations, wireframes, and data capture requirementsExcellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skillsAbility to work with multiple 3rd party vendors/partners
