Help Lead the development and evolution of our React Native app as a growing user interface for key customer and broker journeys.Write clean, maintainable TypeScript/React Native code with strong attention to secure-by-default practices.Design, implement and own significant parts of the app architecture (navigation, data/domain layers, module boundaries, native integrations).Collaborate with product, design and backend engineers to ship end-to-end features, integrating APIs and ensuring a smooth cross-platform experience.Build with a security mindset: threat modelling, least-privilege data access, and careful handling of sensitive financial data.Instrument, monitor and support what you build: analytics, structured logging, crash reporting, performance profiling and alerting.Contribute to CI/CD, code reviews, automated testing and continuous refactoring to keep the codebase healthy.Attribution: practical experience with SKAdNetwork, AdAttributionKit, App Tracking Transparency (ATT) and Meta attribution flows.Mentor and support other mobile engineers; help drive best practices within a collaborative, cross-functional team.
