Avec, a part of the Talent International Group, is currently searching for an experienced Software Developer with a background in Technology.
Key roles and responsibilities:Contribute to estimates and actively participate in the agile planning activitiesSupport the Product Owner and Project Manager in maintaining back logsMethodologies, processes and best practices.Research, Analyse and Evaluate the system programming needsIdentify opportunities to improve systems and processes that deliver true business value that meet customer requirements.Encourage and participate in pair-programming and test-driven developmentEscalate project issues appropriately and communicate project changes proactively to the Project Manager Applying logic and problem-solving skills to overcome technical issuesPlay a key role in the Quality Assurance and Testing with the established protocols.Coding to meet the accredited quality standards of design and technical specification in line with customer and/or internal requirement.Experience required:1- 2 years' experience as a Software Developer, designing and implementing complex Power Platform projects
Consulting Experience advantageous.
Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Proven experience developing integrated Power Platform solutions.
Experience with Business Analyst skills.Values:
