AECOM’s Program, Cost Consultancy team has an opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager to join our successful team based in Sydney.We are interested in hearing from candidates with experience across a broad range of sectors including Building Services, MEP Infrastructure, Mission Critical Facilities, Data Centres, Healthcare, Energy Infrastructure and complex engineering projects, reflecting the current composition and growth trajectory of our project portfolio.What will a day in this role look like:Be responsible for providing quantity surveying and cost management services on some of NSW’s and Australia’s largest and most iconic vertical and horizontal infrastructure projects.Assist with the development of cost planning and estimating (design phase), measurement of quantities based on design drawings, cash flow forecasting, construction phase cost management, capital cost advice and life-cycle costing.Collaborate with AECOM’s quantity surveyors and multi-disciplinary engineers both locally and nationally on a wide range of projects depending on your experience.Use your extensive experience to provide high-quality technical advice to clients and assist in the professional development of junior members within the team by providing mentoring and technical guidance.
