You will be responsible for maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and presentation standards while ensuring your section runs efficiently and productivelyWhat you’ll be doing:Assist with mise en place, stock rotation and minimising wastagePrepare, cook and present high‑quality dishes in line with brand standardsMaintain a clean, safe and hygienic kitchen environment at all timesSupport and guide junior team members, leading by example
 As a Commis Chef, this position will be involved in the preparation and cooking of meals, operating commercial cooking equipment such as mixers, steamers, fryers, ovens and stoves and ensuring a clean and safe work environment is maintained.What you’ll be doing:Food preparation for breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service, functions and buffet service. Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment whilst ensuring a product of high quality and presentation standards. Organise an assigned section and ensure it runs efficiently and productively.Ensure all food produced is in line with kitchen recipes and standards.
