The Consultation Operations & Sales Support Lead is a key role within the Services team and is responsible for the Consultation customer experience. You will be enabling a nationwide team of Consultants by managing our enabling systems and processes while driving customer acquisition strategies, all of which are required to deliver our Consultation service.
The Consultation Operations & Sales Support Lead key responsibilities will be:
Ensuring processes & systems are set up to deliver our consultation service
Lead pipeline performance – ensuring all touch points from acquisition through to sales interaction is seamless
Owning the overall Consultation customer experience
Grow & develop the capability of our Consultation team
To really succeed in this role, we are looking for someone with a good operational understanding of services or retail. A customer focused attitude, proven leadership capability and experience in coaching and mentoring a range of personality types are also key. You will have proven customer acquisition experience across multiple channels and experience at driving process compliance. Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal and influencing skills will also stand you in good stead in this role.
