PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

How will I help

As a Project/ Scrum Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring Frollo’s award winning money management product offerings are aligned to our B2B customer needs and market demands. Working closely with our Product Managers and squadsyou will be responsible for driving improvements in the product range and championing best practice to deliver a world class platform that provides an uplift in customer experiences and revenue outcomes.

1. Work with leadership to establish a Portfolioroadmap and process that implements a scalable platform that balances short term and long-term product strategy for all Frollo products, projects and platforms
2. Work with the Compliance Manager to design and sign off on contracts
3. Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
4. Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission and review
5. Designing risk mitigation plan
6. Conducting project review and creating project audit reports for executive team
7. Optimising and improving our Agile processes and the overall project approach where necessary
8. Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects with our B2B clients
9. Work with Product Owners for staffing of engineers and QA on projects to ensure proper prioritization and timelydelivery with the best possible quality.
10. Coordinate with Tech Leads, Developers, Product Managers, and QA to enumerate acceptance criteria for project delivery completion
11. Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups and Release planning
12. Support Product Managers to develop roadmaps, plans and sprint artefacts

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Required Skills:

• 5+ years experience managing multiple streams of projects
• 3+ years Agile / Scrum experience.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, across multiple products and platforms, and planningactivities and tasks under both internal and external time constraints
• Experience developingAgile / Scrum methodologies
• Ability to interface with executives and stakeholders regarding issues of project scope and status
• Ability to facilitate productive meetings and drive outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems, determine appropriate actions and complete projects with minimal direction
• Experience with Atlassian / Jira / Confluence and other project tools
