What You'll Do:Partner with DVMs during appointments, treatment plans, surgery, dentistry, and urgent care cases.Use your LVT skills in patient assessment, anesthesia monitoring, radiology, laboratory work, pharmacy support, and client education.Help pets feel safe through low-stress handling and compassionate communication.Support diagnostics and treatment with accuracy, curiosity, and attention to detail.Build trusted relationships with clients from puppy and kitten visits through senior care.Mentor assistants and newer vet tech team members as you grow.Contribute ideas that improve workflow, patient care, and team experience.
