We are seeking a passionate and experienced Food and Beverage Team Leader to oversee our dedicated team and ensure the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Assist in leading and supervise the food and beverage team to deliver efficient, friendly, and professional service.Ensure all food and beverage services adhere to established standards and procedures.Build strong relationships with VIP and regular guests to anticipate and fulfil their needs.Coordinate with the Chef and kitchen brigade to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.Manage shift revenue, completing cash/charge summaries to balance daily activities.Implement systems to protect and maintain control of service equipment, accurately recording breakages and conducting regular stock takes.Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all Food & Beverage areas.Ensure room service trays and trolleys are set up correctly and collected promptly.Train and develop staff to ensure competence in service procedures and the ability to maximise sales.Ensure accurate guest billing following hotel procedures, posting correct charges.This is a Part Time position with a minimum of 8 hours per week, waged at $27.68 per hour.If you are passionate about hospitality and have the skills and experience we are looking for, we would love to hear from you.
