Based in Auckland, Tauranga or Rotorua, this key leadership position is responsible for leading SGS's Regulatory business across the Upper North Island. You will oversee a team of Engineer Surveyors while driving commercial performance, customer relationships, operational excellence and business growth.Key responsibilities include:Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team of Engineer SurveyorsDriving a culture of safety, quality, accountability and exceptional customer serviceManaging regional operational performance, including resource planning, service delivery and utilisationOwning financial performance including revenue, margin, WIP, forecasting and profitabilityDeveloping and executing regional business growth strategiesBuilding and maintaining strong customer and stakeholder relationshipsEnsuring compliance with regulatory, accreditation, quality and safety requirementsCollaborating with other leaders to drive continuous improvement and business success
