Link Solutions is seeking a Telecommunications Infrastructure Support Lead to join our team at West Point, New York.Must be a US Citizen Must possess a DoD Secret ClearanceNon-remote (relocation incentive available)In this role, the Telecommunications Infrastructure Support Lead will assist our government client in operating and maintaining the information and infrastructure systems at the United States Military Academy West Point and its associated remote sites. At Link Solutions, you’ll help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement and growth. Job Responsibilities:Provide technical guidance for directing and monitoring information and telecommunication systems operations.Oversee an experienced team in the management and support of enterprise-level infrastructure.Work with government customers to identify needs or opportunities for improvement.Plan and implement projects without impacting daily operations.Oversee tasks and activities related to technical support, cybersecurity, IT operations, CAD, and telecommunications.Conduct quality assurance reviews and evaluate new and existing tools and technologies.Provide planning, quality assurance, and control support (QA/QC).Ensure assigned tickets are addressed with our government client.Serve as the point of contact (POC) for the RNEC to coordinate and schedule exercise support.Lead a team of technicians to install, operate, and maintain copper, fiber, and coaxial infrastructure.Design and document new or updated inside and outside plant cable infrastructure, including conduit, cable trays, copper, coax, and fiber optics.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
