Rum, vodka, whisky, sake… it’s a tough job, but someone has to do it.The ROLE:Actively engage customers in an authentic way in store, sharing product knowledge and providing end to end serviceWork collaboratively with the store leadership team in setting up and facilitating customer eventsAdvocate for My Dan’s loyalty by engaging with customers to understand benefits and product offeringsInstil your love and passion for spirits into every interaction and use this to develop team member product knowledgeUndertake a variety of instore tasks, including customer service and inventory tasks as well as duty managementContribute to store sales planning processes by sharing your specialist product knowledge and recommendations on product linesThe YOU:YOU have a real desire to create memorable customer moments and the ability to work across key customer hoursYOU are proficient in the world of spirits and have a good understanding of wine and beerYOU have a thirst for knowledge and love to learn about new and emerging trends and categoriesYOU love to authentically impart your knowledge, inspiring customers and team to continue their adventure of discoveryYOU have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a teamYOU have experience in a drinks related role, including the spirits industry, bar work or liquor retail
