Lead Business Analyst (Transportation focus), Bridgewater, NJ
Kelly Services is currently seeking 3 Lead Business Analysts working a client working in Bridgewater, NJ. Manager is fine with candidates being 100% remote, just need to be able to support EDT work hours.
These are open ended contracts that includes full benefits.
Responsibilities
Assist PMO activities pertaining to the organizational and system separation of the Consumer Health business from Client. Specifically in area of Global Transportation Management.
Partner with Client IT Team and Global Operation Teams to capture business requirements and execute system updates & changes.
Execute Global Transportation System deployment and change management activities as pertaining to the New Consumer Health Company Separation.
Create and maintain project plans/schedules through engagement with Client and external 3PL and 4PL partners.
Ensure effective and timely communications with respect to project schedule and risk management and with key customers and partners.
Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required; MBA or Master's Degree is preferred.
A minimum of 4-5 years overall business experience is required, preferably with a focus in Transportation, E2E Supply Chain, Operations, Project Management, Information Technology or other related area required.
Proven success working in a complex, highly matrixed, global organization with rapidly changing priorities and tight timelines is required.
Knowledge of global transportation industry and freight forwarding network is preferred .
Past experience managing projects and system roll-outs is preferred.
TMS (Transportation Management System), XPS, JIRA, API solutions and/or related technology experience is desired.
