We are looking for individuals who have a great background in customer service and outstanding attendance to work in an INBOUND ONLY call center environment!

The position involves:

40 hours a week

Monday - Friday

1st Shift

Hourly pay rate - $13.00

We are currently hiring several Call Center Agents for our client in Piscataway NJ. The first two weeks are paid training so prior call center experience is not required. Daily, Call Center Agents will answer inbound calls from people who are going to dig and need buried utility lines such as gas and water lines marked. During this call, Call Center Agents will interview the caller to obtain information about the callers dig site.

Please note: These are in bound, information gathering, calls and you will not be selling anything. This is a great opportunity to receive paid training and obtain experience in a call center environment.

The duties of the Call Center Agent will include the following:

Answering incoming calls in a timely and efficient manner.

Obtaining sufficient and accurate ticket information from callers.

Demonstrating accuracy when entering tickets

Providing excellent customer service.

Achieving the minimal ticket quantity and/or processing time and ticket quality standards.

Call Center Agent Required Skills:

Prior call center experience is NOT required

Excellent Communication skills and organizational skills

Self-Motivated team player

Attention to detail and good listening skills

Must be dependable and have good attendance and be punctual

Follow all Company Policies and Procedures
