The Job
Lawnstack is one membership service that takes care of a homeowner’s outdoor chores. Our members save time and money utilizing our services. A homeowner will pay one fixed monthly price for services like landscaping, cutting, edging, snow shoveling, etc.
As a Service Professional (Pro), you’ll be responsible for proactively performing outdoor maintenance for such as mowing lawns, raking leaves, gutter cleaning —all depending on the season. The Pro may also complete one-time tasks like hanging holiday lights or power washing. The Pro must be licensed and insured to be eligible to apply.
Each Pro will service 30-50 homes within a single neighborhood, and we encourage our Pro to be from the neighbor in which they are servicing. We want our Pros to be an extension of the company and to really get to know the customer. At Lawnstack, we support the Pro with the necessary technology (like efficient route planning and communication) to ensure the Pro’s success.
Responsibilities
- Complete routine outdoor home maintenance visits for 30-50 homes in a given neighborhood (we are looking for part-time role, starting off with 1-20 homes)
- Build relationships with members and encourage them to stay on the platform by delivering exceptional work
- Provide feedback to Lawnstack on ways to improve how we serve our members and our Pros
Skills
- Landscaping: Skilled in lawn care, pruning, and seasonal planting.
- Pest Control: Knowledge of pest management and mosquito control.
- Snow Management: Experience in snow removal and ice control.
- Irrigation: Ability to maintain and winterize irrigation systems.
- Handyman Skills: Competent in minor repairs and general maintenance.
- Customer Service: Strong communication and client-focused approach.
- Time Management: Efficient scheduling and task prioritization.
Qualifications:
- Must have own equipment suitable for landscaping, snow removal, pest control, and general outdoor maintenance tasks
- Must carry personal insurance covering liability and any potential work-related incidents
- Licensed professional in landscaping, pest control, or related field is required
- Drivers license to operate a car, truck, or van
- Reliable method of transportation is necessary to travel to and from client locations
- Clear communication skills with our members and our Pros
- Be able to work part-time throughout the entire year
