New gourmet Italian market seeking EXPERIENCED butchers, both full and part time opportunities available.

We are not looking for a chef who has done some butchering.

We seek qualified candidates, who have several years of experience in a supermarket meat department or a gourmet over the counter butcher shop.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

-cutting and packaging of meats and poultry

-keeping a clean and organized work area

-assisting customers in a knowledgeable and friendly manor

-follow all health and hygiene requirements

-some lifting of heavy boxes required
