Duration : Long term

Job description:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 10+ Years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Payments technology and/or Operations/Business - ideally both.
• Proven track record of managing stakeholder needs for large strategic/company-wide projects.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem solving skills coupled with the ability to translate business requirements into application and operational requirements.
• Strong skills working with MS Office, Databases (SQL & NoSQL), JIRA, Confluence, BluePrint and similar requirements gathering and project tracking tools.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies relating to cloud engineering, APIs and exposure to concepts such as Blockchain, Data Science, AI/ML.
• User Interface design
• Knowledge of Development Lifecycles and Agile approach to project implementation and software used to support same: JIRA, BluePrint, Confluence.
• Hands on experience with manual or automated testing environments.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings
