Global Clearing Product Solutions Specialist - Payments - Vice President

You have found the right team.As the Product Solutions Specialist (PSS), you will be responsible for driving and supporting the execution of the Global Payments (USD/ EURO/ GBP wires) & FX strategy for the Latin American (LATAM) region. This includes defining sales strategies, proactive client analysis, responding to client requests for proposals, and developing solutions and pricing strategies. As such, you will be working with Sales, Client Service and Global Clearing Product teams to ensure the appropriate coordination and growth of the associated revenue and market share. In addition, you will have to speak to new technologies and innovations such as APIs, Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence (AI) that are driving changes in the payments landscape.This is an ideal role if you are passionate about payments and delivering solutions to clients, have strong relationship building skills, analytical skills, and leadership capabilities. Execute the strategy focused on growing the Global Clearing business

Data analysis for both client specific requests and quarterly business reviews with senior management

Pipeline management - target list development, pursuing growth strategies aligned with Sales, and Senior Management reporting

Client and Senior Management presentations - responsible for creating meaningful materials and project- based reports

Must be able to convey a clear/concise message by storytelling

Research market trends to understand the quickly changing payments landscape/emerging trends

Close coordination with global Product Solutions Specialist team, Financial Institutions S ales, Product Management, and Business Management

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Strong knowledge of correspondent banking, cross-border payments and/or FX

Excellent analytical skills; strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required

Exceptional writing, verbal communication and client facing skills required

Strong personable skills, with high-energy and good attitude

Ability to develop collaborative relationships with key internal partners

Strong organizational skills including the ability to multi-task as this role supports global functions

Bachelor's degree required

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Proficient Spanish speaker preferred

Prior product or sales experience preferred (5+ years)

MBA preferred
