Need Veeva CRM Developer
Location: Princeton, New Jersey, USA
Required Skills and Experience:
Technical expertise on salesforce.com and/or Veeva CRM, understanding of the real-world use of salesforce automation and business processes.
Managing all aspects of Veeva CRM, medical data extracts, and reporting platforms, including territory management, account alignments, survey deployment, training, troubleshooting, development of new functionality, and testing/monitoring data quality.
Participating in system governance committees to ensure enhancements and new projects are prioritized appropriately and with consideration of scalability and ongoing maintenance.
Assisting in developing, prioritizing, and facilitating key US Field Medical activities and strategic initiatives by providing technical and operational subject matter expertise, including partnering with key stakeholders to understand requirements and leveraging technology to meet those needs.
Configuration and implementation of Enterprise solution & Architecture of Veeva suite of products
Ability to develop solutions to complex problems that require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovation within the boundaries of industry compliance regulation.
Expertise in building Visualforce Pages, Visualforce Custom Controllers, Components, Custom Objects, Reports, Dashboards, Tabs, and Customer Portal
Experience in large data migrations using SF Data Loader and Export\Import salesforce utilities.
Hands-on configuration and admin experience with Veeva Commercial suite (CRM, Vault, Network) and Veeva Medical Suite with Salesforce.com experience. Must also understand integration capabilities across the products in the suite and base salesforce.com functionality.
Enterprise integration experience, including Java or Informatica development
Ability to understand CRM data model and articulate solutions that are scalable
Excellent interpersonal communication, problem-solving skills, and Business analytical skills
At least 3-4 years experience in Salesforce
Extensive experience with Configuring and Developing custom objects, layouts, reports.
Experienced in data analysis and migration of CRM data from legacy systems into Veeva
Experienced in Force.com Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Visual force, Force.com API
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate concepts and ideas related to assigned projects and customer support
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work in cross-functional, global teams as well as independently
BE/B Tech/M Tech/MCA/BCA
