Duties and Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring network equipment which includes Extreme and Cisco hardware at all client network locations.
• Monitor IT Helpdesk and provide support for any network hardware and software-related issues.
• Monitor and support Alerts from Network management systems.
• Troubleshooting, resolving, and communicating networking issues to other employees and management.
• Maintaining current knowledge and understanding of security and networking best practices to offer the best solutions and protection to company systems.
• Monitoring computer systems to improve network performance for all systems.
• Must have a Valid NJ Driver's License
