Counter customer service representative

Title: Pizza Counter Customer Service Representative

Full-time hours if hired 1 PM to 8 PM

Part-time hours available 4 PM till 8 PM

We are currently hiring for the position of a Customer Service Representative at our Pizza Counter. If you are a friendly and customer-focused individual who loves working with pizza and enjoys a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

- Answering phone calls and taking customer orders over the phone.

- Greeting customers in a warm and friendly manner as they come to the counter.

- Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all special requests are noted.

- Operating the POS register system to process payments and handle cash transactions.

- Preparing and serving pizzas and other menu items according to customer preferences.

- Ensuring that pizzas are served fresh and warm.

- Packaging orders for take-out and ensuring they are ready for pick-up on time.

- Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.

- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Basic math skills for operating the POS register.

- Ability to handle cash transactions and make change.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
