Responsibilities
- Operate POS system to process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling inquiries.
- Handle cash transactions, including processing payments and providing change.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area and dining space.
- Follow food safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Upsell menu items to increase sales and enhance customer experience.
