We are a Family Operated Restaurant in Englewood NJ open 5 days Dinner Only! And are looking for the right person with a positive attitude to join our Team Salary will be determined on Interview
Requirements
1 Must have min 2 years Experience with Upscale Italian as Head Chef or 3 years Sous Chef
2 Understand Food Cost and Purchasing
3 Know how to Manage kitchen payroll
4 Speak Fluently, English and Spanish
5 Manage staff professionally with respect
6 Responsible for Hire with permission of Owner
7 Must be clean and be able to understand Safety Inspections, from Health department, Fire Hazards and other
8 Communicate and Answer to Owner Daily about Inventory, Cost, Menu and whatever else is going on in Kitchen.
