Breakfast and Lunch Menu
Specific duties are different for each station. However, line cooks are all responsible for preparing food for our guests using recipes and meeting our guidelines for preparation and service.
Menu items include but are not limited to Eggs, Omelets, Pancakes, French Toast, Salad, Paninis and Sandwiches.
Ensure that all items ordered by guests are prepared safely and properly.
Executing menu items by learning our recipes.
Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation levels, and safety of the kitchen
Help keep the kitchen properly stocked, organized, and prepared with food at all times
End of day clean up responsibilities
Communicating with Expo
Must Be 18 Years of Age
How to properly use kitchen equipment
Griddles, Fryer, Char Broiler
Using kitchen monitors
2 Years Line Cook Experience
