Full Time receptionist needed for busy Chiropractic/Physical Therapy/Acupuncture Center. Must be outgoing, professional, be able to multi-task and handle a variety of office duties and responsibilities with minimal supervision. Candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations and flow of the office. This person will join our practice to manage our administrative team including Office assistant(s), billing team, and team of providers and therapists. Supervising and conducting patient inquiries as well as implementing and maintaining office procedures to ensure efficient and effective operation of the practice.
-Must be punctual, professional, and be able to handle multiple tasks.
-Handle high call volumes/patient inquiries.
-Verification of insurances/eligibility.
-Knowledge of Auto/Worker's comp a plus.
-Handling of all pre-certs/authorization/arbitration matters
-Medical records/reports/imaging request and referrals.
-Data entry/updating charts.
-Filing charts/managing documents.
-Tracking of patient referrals
-Escorting patients to therapy rooms
-Maintain Office supplies/flow of office.
-Communicate with various medical and legal facilities.
-Must be Bi-lingual in Spanish.
This is a 40 hr week position. Saturdays are a must.
Must be computer literate/ excel/word/med software.
