Customer Service – Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
Proactively process and manage customer orders and customer requests.
Ensure orders are entered accurately.
Understand and communicate policies and procedures.
Track, monitor, and resolve issues related to customer orders.
Prepare correspondence informing sales and accounts of relevant order/account information.
Work with sales personnel as it relates to customer issues including order changes, cancellations, returns, refusals,
or shipping issues.
Proactively manage status of orders daily.
Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with other departments
UPS/FedEx online shipping (information entry on portals and printing labels and reports)
Required Skills/ Knowledge:
Outgoing and professional demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Team player, strong work ethic, hands-on and flexible.
Excellent time management, telephone and email skills.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook and Word.

Experience Needed:
10-15 years’ experience in Customer Service and Administrative Assistant.
