We are seeking an experienced Residential Real Estate Broker MANAGER, AND REAL ESTATE sells and listing AGENTS who possess enough Internet knowledge to help us with OUR software implementation and marketing. As the SALES Broker Managing, you will establish AND TRAIN THE team of agents to enable the office to achieve its goals relative to profitability, cost control, growth, market share, and organizational efficiency. and responsible for the growth and management by also helping the agents and the company grow.
Requirements:
New Jersey Real Estate Broker License for Brokers OR Salesperson Real Estate License for Salesperson.
Understanding of current Real Estate technology and innovative ways to use it to target results results.
Participate in the development, refinement, and implementation of company software policies, and procedure
Experience sourcing, recruiting, and hiring team members
Provide agent training to increase agents' yearly growth and goals.
Able to work independently as well as cooperatively as part of a team.
Able to inspire and motivate others.
Have Financial aptitude in creating and managing budgets.
Compensation is commission based plus bonuses
