Job Description:
Educate and guide clients and prospects through the pitfalls and necessities of retirement planning.
Develop a deep understanding of various insurance products, including health and life insurance, to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
Conduct thorough needs assessment to identify the most suitable insurance solution for a client. Educate clients on the policy features, coverage options, and policy terms so they can make informed decisions.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through various prospecting channels including company provided leads, cold calling, referrals, and networking events.
Maintain a service relationship with your clients, where you are expected to offer ongoing support, address inquiries, and offer ongoing support.
Qualifications:
Licensed Agents are welcomed. Unlicensed candidates are welcomed, we will assist you in obtaining your license.
Excellent communication skills
Strong work ethic, driven, and demonstrates the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
