Carpet / Floor Cleaning Technician SaniCare - Albuquerque, NM
Full-time $18/hr - $20/hr+
Annual salary $35,360K - $50K+
40 hours+ (8am-5?pm)/week. Some Evenings and Weekends.

Carpet Cleaning Technician Responsibilities
Responsible for cleanliness and care of the vehicle.
Productively and safely move furniture to prepare the home for cleaning.
Finish out carpeting (rake) after cleaning and other services.
Account for and return all cleaning tools, hoses, chemicals, etc. to the truck before departure from the customer’s home.
Uphold all company policies and procedures.
Be in good physical condition; able to move and/or lift 75 lbs.
Tile and grout cleaning, air duct cleaning, mold remediation, water damage, upholstery cleaning, and rug cleaning.
Must be 21 years old or older (for insurance purposes to drive our trucks).
